Andy Hunt is a global event operations and program leader who specializes in delivering complex, high-profile events where technology, venue operations, and the guest experience must perform flawlessly. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for bringing order to complexity—leading cross-functional teams, aligning global stakeholders, and executing mission-critical programs where there is no margin for error.
With more than 18 years of experience spanning sports, technology, payments, and live events, Andy has partnered with some of the world's most recognizable organizations, including Visa, Google, Square, and Fortune 500 clients. His work has supported iconic events and experiences such as the FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Women's World Cup 2027, the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, EDC Las Vegas, Zinzinnati Oktoberfest, Google I/O, and global product launches and experiential activations.
Andy specializes in transforming ambitious ideas into operational reality. His expertise includes global program management, venue readiness, event technology, payment operations, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, operational planning, risk mitigation, and large-scale live event execution. Whether coordinating international technology deployments, aligning executive stakeholders, or leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple venues, he is known for calm leadership, meticulous planning, and decisive execution under pressure.
Andy has led initiatives ranging from deploying more than 1,000 point-of-sale devices across major music festivals to coordinating venue technology and payment readiness for international sporting events spanning multiple countries and host cities. His ability to navigate complexity while maintaining operational excellence has made him a trusted leader on some of the world's most visible stages.

My work
At BI Worldwide, I played a pivotal role in designing and managing event registration websites and mobile event apps for high-profile incentive trips and meetings catered to Fortune 500 companies. I led initiatives in sourcing and evaluating new technology solutions, packaging them into compelling offerings, setting competitive pricing strategies, and delivering persuasive product demonstrations to both internal leadership and external clients. I would then travel to the event and provide onsite support and subject matter expertise, ensuring a seamless execution and elevating attendee engagement.
