Music Festivals & Pop-Up Shops
Team Lead for EBS (Events by Square) program working with festivals, top brands, and event partners. This program would provide support, in one way shape or form, to hundreds of events per year. However, the primary objective was to partner with large-scale, high-visibility events to optimize brand exposure through experiential marketing, print, digital and social. I negotiated, launched, and managed complex and strategic partnerships with many of the fine companies and properties seen below.
Conferences, Meetings & Incentive Programs
At BI Worldwide, I played a pivotal role in designing and managing event registration websites and mobile event apps for high-profile incentive trips and meetings catered to Fortune 500 companies. I led initiatives in sourcing and evaluating new technology solutions, packaging them into compelling offerings, setting competitive pricing strategies, and delivering persuasive product demonstrations to both internal leadership and external clients. I would then go on to travel to the event and provide on-site support and subject matter expertise, ensuring a seamless execution and elevating attendee engagement. My contributions directly contributed to enhancing the technological capabilities and overall success of our events.

Freelance Event Work
Following the challenges brought on by the pandemic, I transitioned away from full-time work in events at the end of 2020. I’ve maintained close relationships with many of my event partners over the years and I've remained connected to the industry through my freelance work. This has reinforced my passion for events, and I'm eager to bring my renewed energy and insights back to this dynamic field.
